Rover Scouts in CZC

Representing Bhutan Scouts Association , Team along with Mr. Karma Wangchuk (Program Officer), Pema Tshewang (Scouts Leader Trashiyangtse) visited the college to establish and inaugurate the scouts. Around 22 (twenty two) Trainees joined the scouts association with a motto to serve “Dra drig Bay” and recieved Scarf from the Principal. Mr kinley Penjor (Principal) was appointed as the commissioner while Mr Dechen Norbu (Instructor) was appointed as the Focal Person of the College.
